My interest in aviation started when I join the Air Training Corps, orginally wanting to become a fast jet pilot. I relised this wasn't possible after going for a eye-test months later and being told I was "short-sighted" - however, I still want a life in the Royal Air Force and I am currently looking for another job within the RAF that would suit me (I have narrowed it down).
I'm now hoping to do a gliding scholarship with the Air Training Corps to get my "wings" and hope to go on and get a Private Pilots Licence.
Until I am old enough to apply for a gliding scholarship, I enjoy learning the sensitivity and views of flying in Flight Simulator X Deluxe Edition. Also, since I am in the Air Training Corps I get to go flying and have already been three times since I joined less than two years ago - I hope to do a lot more flying in the next year though!
